ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

REISSUE RATE:
If the sellor or lessor is an insured under an Owner's Policy of title insurance, and said policy has been outstanding for less than ten (10) years, a new policy may be issued to the new purchaser or lessee for 70% of the original rate for Owner's Policies up to the face amount of the previous policy.  Any insurance in excess of the prior policy will be provided at the Original Rate in the applicable bracket or brackets for such excess amount. 

 

SIMULTANEOUS ISSUE:
When one or more lender policies are issued simultaneously with an Owner's Policy, the rate for the Lender Policy (or policies) so simultaneously issued shall be $100 (each) for the amount of insurance not in excess of the Owner's Policy. When additional coverage beyond the amount of the Owner's Policy is needed for the Lender's Policy (or policies), the premium shall be computed at the rates currently in force for the amount in excess of the amount of the Owner's Policy. Policies simultaneously issued must cover identical land.
